The FY15 is a 1.5 ton mini dumper on the same 1,500 mm wide frame as our 1-ton FC10. It is aimed at orchards, livestock farms, nurseries and small contractors who move heavier material such as wet soil, manure or aggregate, and want fewer trips without stepping up to a larger site dumper.
The FY15 weighs 830 kg, only 30 kg more than the FC10, yet carries 500 kg more per trip. Its 0.8 m³ hopper is the same size as the FC10’s. A ZS1105 engine rated 13.2 kW drives two wheels (4×2) at up to 22 km/h. It shares the FC10’s 2,600 × 1,500 × 1,450 mm dimensions, 1,500 mm wheelbase and 12 V electrical system, so the two have the same footprint.
Next up the range is the FY20-2 2 ton mini dumper, rated for 2,000 kg. If your loads stay under 1,000 kg, the FC10 is 30 kg lighter.

More questionsFor loose ground and ramps, the FY20-4, FY30, FY40, FY50 and FJZ30 drive all four wheels. Tell us about your site and we confirm the drive of the model we quote.
FC is our basic front-tip dumper, which tips mechanically as standard, with hydraulic tipping as an option. FY models tip hydraulically. FJZ adds a self-loading front bucket on an articulated frame. The number is the rated load in hundreds of kilograms, so the FY30 has a rated load of 3,000 kg. On the FY20, -2 means two-wheel drive (4×2) and -4 means four-wheel drive (4×4). The four-wheel-drive models are articulated; the FC10, FY15 and FY20-2 have a rigid frame. The two tracked models are named differently. In BL-T500-HD and BL-T200-HJ, BL stands for BOB-LIFT and T means tracked. The 500 is the rated load in kilograms of the BL-T500-HD, and the 200 is the mixing drum size in litres of the BL-T200-HJ. HD stands for Dumping (a tipping hopper), and HJ stands for Jiao, which means mixer.
Wheeled models come open or with a roof or cab. The specification lists the dimensions with roof / cab, and that height decides how the dumper ships.
